We are equipped with advanced CMM, laser scanner and endoscope precision measuring equipment, which can accurately measure the dimensional accuracy, shape tolerance and surface roughness of cylinder liner and cylinder to ensure that the product meets the design specifications.

From raw material inspection to finished product shipment, we implement a quality inspection process. Strict quality control points are in place at every stage of production to ensure that potential problems are detected and resolved in a timely manner, preventing defective products from flowing into the next process.

We have 15 QC testers who are professionally trained and familiar with various testing standards and methods. Their rigorous work attitude and professional skills are the key to ensuring product quality.
